Role OverviewThe SVP Global International Partners will be responsible for expanding, managing, and optimizing Taptap’s international partner network, driving revenue growth through strategic reseller relationships. This role involves identifying and securing new partners in key markets, negotiating trade agreements, and ensuring long-term commercial success. The SVP will act as a strategic advisor and enabler for partners, helping them enhance their sales approach, improve market positioning, and maximize the value of Taptap’s solutions. This includes coordinating internal resources, ensuring seamless operational support, and driving joint business initiatives to accelerate partner success.
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced commercial executive who can build and manage international partnerships, drive scalable revenue models, and effectively align cross-functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Partner Acquisition- Identify and secure new reseller partners in priority markets, aligned with Taptap’s global expansion strategy.
- Lead contract negotiations within the corporate framework, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop market-entry strategies and identify opportunities to maximize regional revenue growth.
Partner Enablement & Performance Management- Provide ongoing commercial support and strategic guidance to partners to enhance their ability to sell Taptap’s AdTech solutions effectively.
- Coordinate business reviews, ensuring performance tracking and goal alignment with partners.
- Facilitate access to Taptap’s internal teams, resources, and training to strengthen partner capabilities.
Revenue Growth & Business Development - Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including upselling and consultative solution-selling approaches tailored to each partner’s client base.
- Work closely with partners to identify key business opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
- Ensure partners are leveraging Taptap’s full suite of products and innovations to drive customer success.
Operational Coordination & Internal Leadership - Oversee the International Partners Business Solutions Team, ensuring efficient delivery of proposals, campaign support, and day-to-day partner needs.
- Coordinate travel and provide hands-on support at key industry events, strategic meetings, and partner presentations.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of business initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Experience- 10+ years of experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media.
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing reseller agreements across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, programmatic platforms, and data-driven solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global partner networks.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
